ESDD / Environmental and Social Due Diligence
An independent expert assessment of the company’s current operations against the EBRD Performance Requirements (PR1–PR10). The audit identifies environmental, social and labour risks before they are detected by the bank’s auditors and estimates the costs of addressing them.

Establishing an internal corporate management system that integrates environmental protection, occupational safety and social responsibility requirements into the company’s day-to-day business processes.

Development and Implementation Support for an Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP).
The Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) is a key document on which the EBRD bases its financing decision. It sets out the mandatory actions the company must implement to address identified non-compliances.

Development of a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and a Grievance Mechanism.
Establishing a transparent communication system with local communities, regulators, civil society organisations and the company’s own employees, as required by EBRD Performance Requirement 10 (PR 10).

Supply Chain and Contractor Management Consulting.
The EBRD imposes stringent requirements on both borrowers and their counterparties. This service focuses on establishing a system to monitor contractors’ compliance with labour legislation (PR 2) and occupational safety requirements.

Post-Financing Monitoring, Auditing and Annual Environmental and Social Monitoring Reporting (ESMR).
After receiving the loan, the company must demonstrate annually to the EBRD that it complies with the agreed ESAP and international standards. We undertake regular monitoring and prepare official reports.

Training on EBRD Performance Requirement 2 (PR2), “Labour and Working Conditions,” for the General Contractor and Subcontractors.
A specialised training programme focused on the practical implementation of EBRD PR2 requirements at construction and production sites. We train management, HR specialists, occupational health and safety engineers, and representatives of the general contractor and subcontractors in compliance with labour rights, international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
